6. Shipping Policy
Available Methods
- USPS Priority Mail – Required for vape cartridges.
- USPS First Class Mail – Transit up to 14 days, may be longer depending on carrier.
- FedEx 2Day – Estimated arrival 3–7 days after FedEx receives the package.
- FedEx Overnight (Cold Shipping) – Orders before 1:00 PM EST (Mon–Thu) ship overnight. Orders after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship next business day. Overnight does not travel/deliver on weekends.
Delivery Days
All services deliver Monday–Friday only. No weekend deliveries or pickups.
Processing Times
- Individual Orders – Ship within 1–4 business days via USPS.
- Wholesale Orders Under $25,000 – Ship within 2–4 business days.
- Wholesale Orders Over $25,000 or >500 units/SKU – Contact for fulfillment timelines.
- If an item is restricted in your state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.
- Items out of stock may delay shipment — we will contact you to arrange partial shipment, refund, or alternate solution.
Cold Shipping
- FedEx Standard Overnight required for edibles in warm weather.
- Not available for vape cartridges.
- Cold shipping reduces but does not eliminate melt risk. No guarantee of arrival fully cold.
Shipping Delays
- Timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- If you select a free shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority) and the package is lost/stolen/delayed, liability transfers to you once the carrier marks it as delivered. For guaranteed delivery, use FedEx.
Upgraded Shipping
- You may upgrade by paying the difference between free USPS Priority and your preferred method.
- Non-payment for upgrade invoices may delay your order.
7. Return & Refund Policy
- 14-Day Limit – New, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery date as confirmed by carrier.
- Edibles & Consumables – Non-returnable unless defective or incorrect item shipped.
- To start a return, contact customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and promotional items. Missing items will be deducted from refund.
- Non-defective returns require customer to pay return shipping.
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection.
- Refunds issued to original payment method only.
8. Exchange Policy
- Report damaged, defective, or missing items within 3 days of delivery.
- For defective items, we may require photos before issuing an RMA.
- Replacement will be for the same product unless unavailable, in which case we will offer a refund or alternative.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content — including logos, product designs, text, graphics, and images — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.
10. User Conduct
